As a Senior Program Officer on the Education team, I work on strategies and resources that help integrate Wikimedia projects into classroom learning. For the past 3 years, I've led the "Reading Wikipedia in the Classroom" program to scale from a pilot in 3 countries to an established program with 53 certified trainers in 30 countries.
I am a Learning and Development Strategist on the Community Development team. I lead the team's leadership development portfolio and design programs, processes, and learning experiences for and with community members, with the goal of helping learners develop skills and confidence to contribute to the Wikimedia movement.
